By booking any of our tours with Tropical Reef Watersport, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Confirmations

All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review your reservation information carefully.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour. This includes late arrivals, no-shows, or changes requested within 24 hours of the tour.

  • Tours may be canceled or rescheduled by Tropical Reef Watersport due to inclement weather, adverse weather conditions reported by the authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your reservation.

3. Tour Requirements and Restrictions

  • Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.

  • Some tours may have age, weight, or health restrictions. Please review these requirements before booking.

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour.

4. Safety and Conduct

  • Follow all instructions provided by our guides to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

  • Alcohol and drug use are prohibited before or during the tour.

  • Tropical Reef Watersport reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence, or whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

5. Liability

  • Tropical Reef Watersport is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, negligence, or events beyond our control.

  • Participants assume all risks associated with water sports and outdoor activities.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Tropical Reef Watersport reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
